Second opinion: Ask to see another GI doctor just to get a fresh pair of eyes on the situation. The hernia surgery may be responsible but it could also be something unrelated. Never hurts to get a different perspective. In the meantime try to stay positive and take care of yourself the best you can!

Could it be stress?: When taken together, globus sensation ("feeling of a lump"), air swallowing with resulting belching, &amp; dry mouth/ throat are most consistent with stress/anxiety.  So can be your "gurgling noises &amp; pinching (poorly localized as described)." Managing your stress (&amp; reasons for same) may be your key to relief.  To be sure however get evaluated to rule out organic or motility disorders here.

i recently went to urgent care because i have had a bloated/ pressure feeling underneath my bellybutton area i have bowel movements daily and seem normal but he said i may be constipated does this sound correct. no pain when stomach is pushed?

: It is difficult to know what this represents without examining you and possibly doing more testing. This could be a symptom of constipation but these are rather vague symptoms that could be due to another etiology. If the symptoms persist, then see a GI doctor for a full evaluation. You may need labs and imaging studies. Good luck!

Unexplained Pain: I assume the pressure is felt in your upper back, between the shoulders. It is very unlikely this is cardiac pain;  it sounds more like musculoskeletal-skeletal in origin, and may be due to the way you sit during the day. Pay attention to your sitting posture and try a "heat" creme on the affected areas. Your doctor can run an ekg if there is any concern of a cardiac origin.

The appendix is right and little below belly 
botton, any bowels issues?
