Nerve issue: In the absence of pain, swelling, limitation of motion and respiratory difficulties, most likely you have a localized problem with a small sensory nerve in the skin. At any rate if the symptoms persist for 4 to 6 weeks without resolution, you should get a medical examination.

Depends: This is a very difficult question to answer shortly and with little info. If you are lifting really heavy weights, the stress to the bone could be too much and causes the bone to break. There could have been a stress reaction or weaking in the bone prior that increased the likelihood for injury.

Xray: He needs an xray to evaluate it completely. Most clavicle fractures can be treated with a sling nonoperatively but some need to be fixed surgically. It depends on the displacement and angulation.

AC joint osteolysis: Weightlifters more than most people can develop a condition referred to as weightlifters osteolysis-- a breakdown (arthritis) of the acromioclavicular joint (ACJ). Rest, ice, NSAIDS, injections (local steroid) can all help once diagnosis is made by X-ray and/or MRI. See an orthopaedic surgeon if pain persists for more than a couple weeks.

Stress and strain: Lifting weights can cause stress and strain in the shoulder, especially where the collar bone (clavicle) connects to the wing bone (scapula) in an area called the acromioclavicular joint.  If it hurts, stop the activity, put ice on it and rest for a few day before resuming activity.  If it doesn't get better, an injection may help.  Surgery is rarely required.

Injury: Mma is very severe stress on all joints, bones, muscles!  any severe activity/sport can cause serious injuries.  Injuries do become easier to get if an athlete takes anabolic steroids.  Sure, they help performance, but at a significant price.  More injury risk because muscles get too strong for their attachments.  Anyway, follow your doctors advice so that you get better.

May be ur thyroid: It could be a goiter (small or large mass on the neck), thyroid nodules, or cancer or something else. You should go to your primary care doctor and get bloodwork (tsh, t3, (liothyronine) t4) and get an ultrasound of the throat area and possible biopsy.. With weight gain, i would suspect you may have hypothyroidism, which goes along with the goiter. It may also be nothing. It is hard to say online.
