i have been regular all my life and now im 8 days late but got 2 negative results 2 days ago. i havent gone through weight changes, stress, no health problems at all, dont take any medication. what might be wrong?

Need more info: If you are a person whose menstrual cycle is very regular and suddenly it has stopped, we need to think about causes. Oral/IM contraceptives, pregnancy, stress, nutritional deficiencies, weight loss, excessive exercise, eating disorders, excessive weight gain, uterine polyps, ovarian cysts and mental health medications can all cause irregular periods. If you are concerned, see a DR. for evaluation

Weight changes: In general, it's better to use a healthy diet and exercise plan rather than supplements to achieve your goals.  Talk to your doctor or a nutritionist if you have questions.

No change: Effexor (venlafaxine) is metabolized through the liver and does travel through your bloodstream. It is not harbored much at all by your fat cells so if your weight were to change via losing fat cells, your levels of Effexor (venlafaxine) should not really change since it is not being harbored by the fat cells and is being managed by your liver which will not be changed by losing or gaining weight.

Normal: During the day, you are constantly taking in food and liquids and going to the bathroom. It is very common to have your weight vary 3-5 pounds over the course of the day.

Relax.: It is common to have occasional changes in the length of your period.  If you are not at risk for pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases, and it does not happen again, then don't worry about it.  If this pattern continues for a month or two, get checked.  Sometimes thyroid hormone problems affect cycle. There are other causes too, which can be explored by your doc.  Stop any new supplements.

i have been having persistent breasts pain on both sides, more left than right. have the mirena in since 2018. no weight changes or dieet changes. been using primrose oil twice a day for breasts since beginning of the year. no period with the mirena?

See your doctor ples: You need to see your doctor for a more detailed interview and examination of your breasts. . Quite a number of conditions can cause painful breasts, some serious others not that serious.

See below.: You may have sweat more one day than another. Perhaps you drank different amounts of fluids. The amount of feces in your body will change your weight. You may be burning off different amounts of calories. It is normal for our weight to fluctuate slightly day to day.
