Possible: but not probable.  If you have symptoms I would believe you and say that it is still active.  Remember that IBS gives you a lot of symptoms that imitated Crohns dz

Need more info: it could be nothing if it's only the concern and no other symptoms.  repeat the test later to see if it's resolved. the most importantly if the child is clinically well, no temp, feeding and passing stool normally and gaining weight. Best!

Liver and gall bladder evaluations are advisable because of ruq discomfort.
