Yes: The menstrual cycle is usually very irregular at the extremes of reproduction ie at menache and toward the menopause. At menache the cycle in many girls are irregular and may skip months at a time. It sometimes may take as long as 5 years to form a regular pattern.

Yes: Similar to other versions of the question it is true that some women do not always bleed when on birth control pills. Remember birth control pills trigger a “fake” period via withdrawal bleeding. You may want to ask your doctor to test your thyroid and Prolactin to make sure no other cause of a lack of periods is occuring

Sperm presence: Sperm is present in pre ejaculate (pre -cum) fluid as well as on penis after ejaculation.  Pregnancy is possible as condoms were not used.  Check home pregnancy test 3 weeks after episode of unprotected sex.  Consider starting birth control such as pill, injection, implant or IUD if you don't want to get pregnant.
