Acid sensitive...: I'm assuming you mean gerd, & not excessive acid production (for which a search for source should otherwise be undertaken). Gerd is common, but duration of symptoms warrants greater caution--particularly in male smokers or with accompanying dysphagia (food sticks), weight loss, GI bleeding. Urethritis: Sounds like sexual activities caused bacteria from the colon that often grows in the perineal area to enter the urethra, where it can cause pain, burning and always feeling like you need to go (but not wanting to go due to pain).  Using a wetwipe before & after sexual activity & always wiping front to back may help prevent this problem.

Maintain hygiene: Scrotum has a type of sweat glands that emits the smell , in animal kingdom they are the markers for opposite sex and to locate the partner ,  wash soap , allow  sweat to dissipate wear absorbable loose cotton underwear , change them frequently you will be fine

Could be: For pelvic ultrasound the bladder usually needs to be full and therefore encouraged to drink a lot of water.The interpretation of the kidneys sounds like mild amount of fluid in the collecting systems.Unless you are having urinary infections, kidney pain, or kidney stones, this finding is usually insignicant.In some people full bladder can cause back pressure and prominent renal pelves.

if anemia is mild there may not be any signs and it is discovered by blood test only
but moderate to severe anemia can cause tiredness, lack of energy, shorness of breath on exertion, pale skin and pica for ice in some severe cases
other symptoms may be related to the cause of anemia.

Need clarification.: Symptoms are basically "what you feel"- pain, fever, sore throat, pain on passing urine. Clear urine is not a symptom.
