No: The clitoris doesn't secrete fluids. It is however very close to the urethral meatus and the discharge could well be a small amount of urine. The uterus presses on the bladder and can cause this. It may increase when you are farther along and the baby actually kicks your bladder.

Vaginal discharge: The discharge could be due to a number of conditions, the most worrisome would be a fistula.  An abnormal connection between your urinary and vaginal tracts.  I would consult with your local urologist and gynecologist regarding possible urinary fistula.

Professional exam: Swelling or irritation suggest yeast (thrush), but discharge description and odor are more like bacterial vaginosis or perhaps trichomonas. Depending on risk, STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia are possible, especially at your age (21). Diagnosis should not be difficult. Sounds like yeast: Get Monistat or gynelotrimin (clotrimazole) over the counter and treat at least 3 days. Should get better.

Try OTC medication: You can try OTC vagisil.  If this is not effective, you should be evaluated.

NO: green clitoral discharge could be suggestive of infection. I suggest a GYN exam and vaginal culture and if sexually active and unprotected- get STD screening.

Protect it: Try protecting it from excessive stimulation with cotton wadding.  Be on the lookout for a rash, which may accompany this symptom.

Lots of options: The clitoris can become swollen and inflamed from an infection, allergic reaction, rough sexual play etc. Unless it develops an abscess the clitoris does not make a discharge. It may be covered with a vaginal discharge. If you have a persistent discharge that is not normal for  you, it is time for an exam, call your family doctor!

Yeast: white discharge around the vulva, including around the clitoral area, can sometimes be related to the growth of yeast . yeast does not always cause symptoms like burning or itching but if left untreated, it can get that way. try wearing underwear that keeps the area dry and if these did not go away then I would recommend using a miconazole cream over the counter
