Color varies: The color of menstrual blood varies and is not usually something we pay a lot of attention to. If your period is coming at the usual time this this is likely your period. If you are also having discharge or signs of infection then see your doctor for testing.

i dont know whether i am having my menstrual cycle or not. although i am due for one, i do not have any symptoms of it and it looks unusually watery. i am highly concerned?

: Symptoms and character of your menses can vary considerably, usually with no obvious cause. If you are having bleeding and you are due it is most likely a normal period. If you have reason to be concerned about pregnancy a home pregnancy test should be positive at this point.

Many options: There are multiple options for heavy periods. Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments and the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective reversible treatments that will help many people. There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others. If you are done having children discuss the option of an endometrial ablation.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Need to see doc: When periods are  heavy it is important to see your doctor. . Fibroids, polyps, bleeding disorders, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, hormonal imbalances all should be investigated.

we had dry coitus without insertion during my most fertile period of menstrual cycle.but he ejaculated in his underwear & i had orgasm too.my underwear & thin cotton shorts was wet.can this cause pregnant?there was no insertion.can i still be pregn

Unlikely: If both of you had your underwear on during the episode, pregnancy is unlikely. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: Menstrual flow can vary considerably and such variations are not a risk factor for cancer. Google is leading you badly astray in this instance. There are a lot of reasons for heavier periods, watery or otherwise, and at your age in particular cancers are very far down that list.

Irregular ovulation: Many young women have irregular or skipped ovulation cycles which leads to irregular cycles.  There are other cuases and of course if sexually active, check a pregnancy test as not all bleeding is your period.

See doc: Can't tell her; not enough info, e.g. Duration of symptom, amount, frequency, travel history, meds, other symptoms, etc.  Could be viral infection, parasite, bacterial infection, inflammation, even tumors. Call your doc.
