Possible: Whiles a 5.5 mm stone may successfully pass, it usually causes a great deal of severe pain in doing so.  The stone may be treated with lithotripsy while it is in a non-obstructing position in the kidney.

Kidney: You may have an issue with your kidneys. You should see your primary care physician to get appropriate testing done.

Questions: Does swelling go down after elevating or sleeping?  If so you may benefit from elastic stockings. I assume your doctor has ruled out congestive heart failure. Have you had any circulatory testing to evaluate blood flow and veins? If not, this may be a reasonable step.

It is important to: recognize that the fluid balance in your body is an equilibrium. If there is excess fluid in your body you are either taking in too much or excreting too little. The medicine will help with excretion but intake remains an issue. In addition if you have excessive sodium ingestion this will also cause you to retain. Reduce your fluid intake and sodium intake and retention should resolve.

Dry throat: Do you smoke? Have you tested for allergies? Address both these issues for answers.

Different causes: Vaginal dryness can be caused by many things including infection, topical medications, as well as different medical conditions. Infections are probably the most common in young healthy women. Vaginal dryness during sex can be very uncomfortable and lead to severe pain and avoidance of sex altogether. Focus on foreplay and add a lubricant in the meantime while you make an appointment with your gyn.

4 year old son's on moxypen 125mg/5ml powder for suspension for a cold. his gp diluted it already. can i add 5ml of diluted mixture to a half glass water to camouflage the medication? basicly i need to give him his meds and he doesn't want to take it

Yes: Always a challenge to get a four year old to take his medicine.  The main problem is now you have half a glass of medicine to get down instead of a teaspoon.
Sometimes camouflaged in a strong flavored jelly or pudding might be an option to try.  If that doesn't work
