Continue workup: Your physician probably needs to do some further labs. If you feel well, this is the only abnormality on a chemical profile, and it is indirect bilirubin, and you do not have previous chemical profiles with low bilirubin, you probably have gilbert's non-disease and simply need to know it. Other causes in a person who feels healthy may be medication effect, hemolysis or subtle liver troubles.

Type 2 diabetes: If you work hard at this you can rid yourself of diabetes.
Please check your blood sugar level before breakfast, document all food and drink intake from breakfast to lunch, then recheck your blood sugar level. 
If both blood sugar levels are high - greater than 140, and preferably not greater than 120, make plans to either change your food and drink intake or take more diabetes medicine.

Stomach?: I assume you are discussing your stomach and esophagus?  If that is the case, the problem is that acid is leaking upwards into your esophagus where it irritates the unprotected cells.  This may be due to a variety of causes including certain foods, tobacco use, caffeine or alcohol consumption, overeating, laying down after eating and in general anything but an upright posture.
