No not indicated: You mean Efudex (fluorouracil) is ointment of 5 Fluorouracil     a cancer drug, specifically indicated for superficial basal cancer, some times actinic or solar keratosis. First you should see your doctor or dermatologist to make sure it is a wart , and let him ( or her ) treat. If you want to treat by yourself  use some available, over the counter ointment.

Some of the subtypes are carcinogenic, and other subtypes have a predilection to develop in certain areas. They are transmited by skin to skin contact and minor trauma with breaks in the stratum corneum facilitates epidermal infection.  The answer to a "can " question is always yes.

May be: There are many strains of  HPV , the virus that caused genital warts, and some of those strains can cause warts elsewhere in the body. 
You should get HPV vaccine.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

Yes: Warts are caused by a skin virus. These viruses can be transmitted from any warty area to any other area that has even the slightest break in the skin. Rubbing of skin can cause microabrasions where virus can enter. Finger warts are easily treated with over the counter medications containing salicylic acid. If you have a wart on your nipple/breast, it may need to be treated by a dr.

First, : First, are you certain these things are warts and not something else?  I ask, because while it's possible to get warts anywhere, they don't typically pop-up all over the body like you're describing.

But, for the purpose of answering your question, we'll assume you're correct and they are, indeed, warts.

Warts are a virus.  The virus only affects the upper most layer of skin, the epidermis.  To get a wart, you need 3 things:
1. You need to be exposed to the wart virus.  You had to have touched something or someone with a wart to get it.

2.  You need some kind of break in the skin for the virus to invade.  Since warts only affect the outer layer of skin, you don't have to step on a needle or anything to get a wart.  A simple little crack from dry skin is enough for the virus to get in.

3.  (and this is the most important factor) you need to be susceptible to the virus.  Not everyone is susceptible, and not all body parts are equally susceptible.  And susceptibility changes over time.  In general, the palms and soles are the most susceptible, but it's possible to get a wart anywhere.  Also, in general, adolescents tend to be the most susceptible.  It's not impossible for an adult or an infant to get a wart, it's just not as common as people between the ages of 8 and 20.

There are many, many treatments for warts.  Any time in medicine you see a lot of treatments for one problem, it means we really don't have one best way to treat it.  Warts can be stubborn and unpredictable.

Considering the odd way in which you seem to be coming down with these things, the best thing to do is stop using the freeze thing you bought, and go see a dermatologist.

Many things: Here is the list - pityriasis rosea, eczema, pyogenic granuloma, etc.  Skin issues are difficult to diagnoses without seeing them - if it persists, seek care.

my son is 6 years old and started getting wart like bumps on the right side of his chest. they are spreading and he says that they are sensitive.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you descriibed suggests either shingles or milluscum. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
