You will survive: Cervical or any other warts do not kill you. They usually are caused by Human Papilloma VIRUS (HPV) and need removal. Make anappointment with your gynecologist to do that soon to prevent the warts from progressing to cancer

No cramps from HPV: HPV doesn't cause cramps; that symptom is unrelated to your HPV infection. Warts can appear on the cervix, but usually not. Your doctor can tell by just looking during a pelvic exam. When low risk HPV involve the cervix, usually the only thing found is an abnormal pap smear -- of a type that usually just goes away on its own. See your doctor about both your HPV infection and the cramps.

He needs exam by MD: Your boyfriend needs to be examined by a FP or Urology MD to be tested for the HPV wart virus. It is transmissible to him from you and if he is not examined and you are treated once sexual re-engagement occurs you will get HPV back again.
