around my vaginal opening it looks wrinkled/fleshy, is this normal? im scared its warts even though they look more like wrinkled close folds of skin! thats the best way i can describe it. slightly cauliflower looking but flesh coloured.

Hymen remnant: What you described suggests remnant of hymen. It does not seem to be a serious matter. However, if you are sexually active, discuss it with your doctor at the next opportunity.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Hand bumps: This could be one of several things, but without being able to see them it is impossible to diagnose over the internet. See a dermatologist. Good luck.

STD: This sounds like it could be an std - you should definitely get examined and tested.  If they are raised, it may be herpes but other stds are possible.  If not an std, it may be a skin infection.

Peel off: You can lightly peel off wart with ped egg to flat surface. If there is wart left or it starts to regrow restart medicne.

Might be longer: Compound w needs to be applied once or twice a day for up to 12 weeks.  When the wart (or what remains of it) is flat, it should stop being used.

Wart not appearance: Most warts are caused by HPV.   There are hundreds of subtypes of HPV, but if your physician has diagnosed those skin lesions as warts, then they are most likely due to HPV.  It doesn't need to look "cauliflower".
