: It will take weeks for an exposure to genital warts to pass that condition to you. Anything you see coming up at 4 days is not genital warts from that exposure but could be from another exposure earlier. What you consider "protected" sex may not be very protective since these come up on areas not blocked by condoms.

i had protected sex with a prostitute. but i had an small itchy wart on my left testicle so the skin above it was irritated but not bleeding and i'm scared that some of her vaginal fluid may have touched it. is this a way to get hiv? thanks?

: It would take transmission from vaginal secretions to enter your blood stream through that wart and I think that's quite unlikely. Nevertheless, in my experience with this type of scenario,you may not have peace of mind unless you have appropriate HIV testing. Your public health office can advise you about the various tests available but don't test too soon as a false negative result can occur

Sebaceous Cysts: Look up sebaceous cysts on google image. This is a very common benign issue that is caused by a hair duct getting blocked and oil, old skin cells and such get caught up in the duct.  These usually resolve on their own.

Condyloma: Condyloma accuminata warts can occur anywhere in the genital area.  Get examined and treated by a physician.  They are contagious.

: That's the treatment principle by using chemical, cold (freeze) or heat (cauterize) to get rid of the warts.

Probably not HPV: As I mentioned at the beginning, because of the distribution of your pain (penis, testicles plus extremities, hip, thigh etc), it is most probably due to uncontrolled diabetes, Not HPV, which only causes pain in the testicles.

Normal oil glands: These are small prominent oil glands or sebaceous cysts. Theya are not dangerous and quite common. If they are not tender, red and getting rapidly bigger, ( signs of infection) no worries!
