65 male stinging torso skin pain after every luke warm shower. my body is relatively clean, don't scrub extra hard, after every luke warm sh my front torso, & arm skin from shoulder down to wrist s tings for 30mins, lotion doesn't help, dove soap use?

: If your shower removes skin oils, the skin can become dry,tight and quite uncomfortable. While your skin is somewhat moist after light towelling following the shower, try rubbing in a moisturizing cream to lock in skin oils. Always use a skin moisturizer while your skin is still damp or moist after washing.

When does it start/stop? 
Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. You all will figure it out.

Abdominal tightness: Consider gallbladder  disease, gastritis, colon or constipation, pancreatic disease, lung issues. May also be cardiac disease so would have it checked out within  24-48 hours.

Insufficient info: Do you have pain? if the "warmth" constant or episodic? Is there a swelling? Do you have fever? If the sensation does not go away in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see your doctor in-person.

Probably normal: These are because of blood rushing to you skin when temperature rises. If this normal for you then you should not worry. If it is new it may be related to some endocine, metabolic or weight  problem.
