this past few months i've been struggling with constipation, nothing seems to work i drink black forest tea each evening and it doesn't work neither does warm epson salt water it used to work but suddenly it stopped?

No other disease?: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber+water, Miralax, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives...  A doctor can evaluate and prescribe helpful meds too, such as Linzess or Amitiza.

Allergy treatment: The best way to treat allergies is avoidance of the triggering allergen.  For environmental allergies, antihistamines and topical nasal steroids sprays are very effective.  Allergy injections are very useful for long term treatment.  There is no role for "detoxifcation" in the treatment of allergies.

Stimulates tissue: Most likely, the high salt concentration stimulates the raw gingival tissue to create new gum tissue and cover over the inflamed tissue.  Salt water also causes bacteria to burst, thereby reducing toxic bacterial by-products from irritating the gums.

if they say drink warm fluids and gargle with warm salt water how do you get the children to do this when they may say it's too hot and won't drink it and my granddaughter is two she don't know how to gargle. ?

Sore throat: Salt water gargle is a time honored remedy for sore throat.  Other home remedies would be tea with lemon, and for those OVER 1 year of age, honey in boiled water or just a teaspoon of honey right in the mouth will coat the throat due to its demulcent effect.  No cough drops for small children:  they are a choking hazard.

: I never go to this level of effort. If your water supply is city water approved for human use I take it directly from the tap, make a briny solution that looks cloudy and use it. It is important to gargle &amp; spit it all out as there is too much salt in it for you to swallow.  If you have an uncertain water source do whatever you for daily consumption.

: That is good treatment for an anal fissure. Also it helps.to keep your bowel movement soft by drinking lots of fluids and eating fiber like fruits and vegetables.

1 tablespoon in 8 oz: Gum inflammation can be the culprit of many other diseases. While warm salt water is one way to decrease gum inflammation, it's important to see your dentist to make sure there are no other treatment to do. Brushing with baking soda and peroxide can also improve the health of gums as well as daily flossing.
