Reflux: Your symptoms can be consistent with reflux.  You may wish to try antacids first, however if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks or if not improved by the meds then you will need to consult with a doctor.

Warm feeling in the upper abdomen: The upper abdomen, is the region, which, which encompasses the epigastrium, the right upper quadrant and the left upper quadrant. The organs that referred symptoms to the epigastrium are: stomach – duodenum, pancreas, the left lobe of the liver, the heart –pericardium. To the RUQ: duodenum – pancreas, gallbladder, liver, base of right lung and pleura. To the LUQ: Spleen, stomach, tail of pancreas, splenic flexure of colon.  There is also an anterior diaphragmatic hernia, which is immediately posterior to the xiphoidal process

Consider ginger: Ginger is excellent for upset stomach including nausea from motion sickness, menstruation, chemotherapy &amp; morning sickness.  If you develop severe abdominal pain that would warrant urgent evaluation.

Mostly the alcohol: alcohol causes inflammation wherever it touches - if you have put rubbing alcohol on a cut, you know that it BURNS.  That is the warm feeling you experience in your stomach.  Alcohol also causes increased blood flow to areas, especially skin and muscles, which causes a warm feeling in the rest of your body, while actually your internal organ's temperature is reduced-can cause death  by hypothermia

Caffeine reaction: Even though you may have had an americano under the exact same set if circumstances before this particular time it sounds like your body reacted to caffeine stimulus. Try it again under different circumstances, say empty stomach, full stomach, double or triple shot, decaf, etc. If you're reacting more and more then you're becoming sensitive to caffeine effects.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Requires exam: and testing of blood for liver and pancreatic disease. Your symptoms are consistent with multiple GI problems: GERD, gallstones, gastritis, ulcer. pancreatic illness. Get seen and examined. An abdominal ultrasound and testing for H. pylori bacteria isa good idea.
