Have an endoscopy: It is concerning that that pain and nausea are all day long. That is suggestive but not specific for an ulcer. If medication has not helped that is also possible it is an ulcer or other serious condition in the abdomen. Typically an upper endoscopy aka as an EGD is best next test to have done. Recommend you see a gastroenterologist.

Needs emergency care: Pain as serious as you describe needs emergency evaluation and care.  It may just be gas or an upset stomach...But it could be something of quite a bit more concern.  Get yourself to the er for assessment and treatment now please.

More info: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Reduce alcohol and use omepresole 40 mg a day and ask me after a week.

Go see your doc: Itching all over the body with upper belly pain may be a sign of bile obstruction from gallbladder disease or from occlusion of the bile ducts by some other process such as a growing mass or cancer. You should have your doctor check liver enzymes and get some imaging of you belly like an ultrasound or CT scan.

Nausea &amp; Anxiety: Glad to hear that your doc didn't find anything wrong.  That doesn't mean that you still don't need support.  When we get frightened we can associate it w/what happened at the time, e.g., eating &amp; nausea.  Seeing a clinical psychologist to learn some ways to manage anxiety could be very helpful.
