Evaluate Pillow: If you wake up with headaches and neck pain, it could be the pillow you are sleeping on or position while you are sleeping.  Try a neutral position for your neck, not one that places your neck in extension too much.

: Appears symptoms are being treated but etiology of the problem remains unclear.  There may be an emerging migraine pattern, but primary neck pathology needs to be fully assessed.  Suggest physiatrist or neurologist as source of additional advice.

See your general doc: Not knowing your age, and in what order these problems began, it is not easy to tie them together into a syndrome or single disease or problem. Neck pain can be due to muscle spasm, which is reported to give rise to eye pain and headaches. This would not explain your leg pains. Something pressing on your spinal cord, such as an infection, or abscess could account for the whole picture.

Examples of common conditions producing neck pain are degenerative disc disease, neck strain, neck injury such as in whiplash. Associated symptoms are often result of nerves becoming pinched in the neck. For example, compressing the nerve of sensation to the back of the head, which comes out of the neck, causes headaches in  back of head.

Headache: Yes, tension headaches are typically "crushing" - like someone pushing on both sides of your head and the muscles in the neck can also be tense. If you have significant tension in the neck muscles, see if you can have someone try to gently massage these as that can often help the headache in general.

i was diagnosed with bronchitis yesterday today i woke up with bad headache and neck pain.should i be concerned or is bad neck pain part of bronchitis?

Not related: The neck pain/HA is not usually seen with bronchitis.
It might be that you strained your neck positionally and 
HA occurred as a result. If coughing a  lot, HA/neck strain can also appear. Advil 400 mg po q 6 hrs can resolve the aches and pain, even if there's no fever.
If neck stiffness occurs, see an MD to rule out meningitis.

Go to ER: Fever with headache and neck pain- need to rule out serious infection such as meningitis.  Go to ER ASAP for assessment.
