It can dehydrate if you're a mouth breather while sleeping.It can also trap milk solids and other food debris.It tends to turn a pale grayish white & shed periodically, pushed up by pinker younger tissue.

If not you need to see a dentist that treats patients with osa, or have your medical doctor order a sleep study.

Breatth trough your : Stop breathing to your mouth.If you breath to your mouth is because you jhave a nasal obtruction, correct that first and you will be breathing through your nose.The dry mouth will disappear.
