Anemia: Sometimes people with low blood counts (anemia) complain of feeling cold. Other possibilities could include hypothyroidism. Feeling cold with a normal temperature is somewhat of a vague symptom. If this is a once time occurrence and there are no other symptoms like shortness of breath or chest pain, you could ignore it.  But if it continues medical attention is needed.
