Sleep apnea?: You could have sleep apnea. Or, you could be allergic to something in your environment. Do you take any medications before you go to sleep? Consult your doctor or a sleep specialist.

i have dizziness and nausea with sometimes vomiting. feel fine in the morning, starts around 4 hours after waking getting increasing worse til night?

See an ENT: Vague description without a thorough history and exam.  I would see an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist first and go from there.

No relation: I am sorry, but I just don't see an association between one or the other.  need a lot more history.  the only possible association is perhaps autononomic instability due to a perphieral neuropathy

i have been having a pressure in my head for 6 months now it all started with me feeling dizzy one night and waking up with pressure in my head the next day. all blood tests have come back normal. what could be causing this? could it be sinus related

Too many possible: Many possible explanations. Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Over-the-counter meds for occasional use include Tylenol, Motrin or Advil, Aleve, Excedrin Migraine, and their generic brands. Follow-up evaluations with one's doctors in-person are the best way to figure this out.

i've been waking up at night, irritated because the heels of my feet are tingling(like ants).  also, some stretching (lower back) makes me feel dizzy.

Feet Tingling: Symptoms like this frequently come from the back, so I would start with a neurologist or physiatrist to check that area. what are the chances of me being pregnant? my last period ended on 9 may 2020. ive been waking up nauseous, constantly feeling like i need to pee, feeling dizzy and cold. im always tired but i get 8-9hrs sleep every night. period is only 1 day late

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely  reason,  delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late.  Of course even late ovulation can achieve a pregnancy if intercourse occurred at at time close to ovulation.  See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues.

Is it vertigo?: Dizziness is a non-specific term. However if the symptom is true spinning (vertigo) then it is most likely not due to your blood pressure which is really quite good.  Sudden onset of true vertigo that lasts for an hour could be either an infection of the inner ear (vestibular neuritis) or central (in the vestibular system of the brain).  See either an ENT doctor or neurologist if symptoms return.

? Meniere's: You may well possess an inner ear disorder, and an ear, nose, and throat doctor (otolaryngologist) can help.  If not localizable, consider that migraine can cause paroxysmal vertigo.  Just to be safe, get an mri, as if you are suffering additional hearing loss, an acoustic neuroma might be an answer.  Hope you feel better soon.

A few items: Might consider checking blood pressure, degree of hydration, possibility of anemia or thyroid issues, and medication reaction.  Simple inner ear problems such as build-up of wax may be culprit.
