Ask your surgeon: There are two types of hysterectomy: sub-total (cervix left in place) and total (cervix removed). I clear my patients who have had sub-total for exercise in 14 days from surgery, those who have had total hysterectomy i clear 6 weeks post surgery.
Hopefully we are talking of laparoscopic hysterectomy: if not, definitely ask your surgeon.

Talk to your surgeon: It depends on the manner in which the uterus was removed. Laparascopic, vaginal only approaches, and davinci robotic surgeries all  have different recovery periods. So ask your surgeion.

No specific wait: You can travel when you feel comfortable enough to do it.

6 weeks: Generally you should be able to resume normal activity in 6 weeks. I would start slow and increase the weights over time.

Sex after surgery: Whether you have had a davinci or any other type of hysterectomy, i recommend no intercourse for 6 weeks. You should not have a problem with orgasm after a hysterectomy. You may have hormone issues if your ovaries were removed.

Post hysterectomy: Best to ask these questions to your surgeon who operated on you, as he knows exactly what was done.

6 weeks: The usual recommendation is to avoid vaginal intercourse, or anything in the vagina for 6 weeks. This allows the stitches at the top of the vagina to heal properly. Clitoral stimulation, if it is comfortable, is safe before 6 weeks. Orgasm, because it causes contraction of pelvic muscles, may pull on healing tissue and might be uncomfortable in the weeks after pelvic surgery.

Days or weeks: The time needed to fete back o activities like driving depends on several factors like how long you are taking pain meds, how well your vaginal incision heals (which may vary for example with diabetes or obesity or teaming steroids) and a variety of other factors.  Check with your doctor.

Hyst healing.: You don't want her vagina to rip open and her bowel to come out her vagina.  Wait the six weeks!
