i had a hair follicle test that showed positive for methamphetamines. the drugs i take are zoloft, vyvanse, trazadone, and wellbutrin. why??

Most likely Vyvanse: Vyvanse is a prodrug that is metabolized into amphetamine by its passage through the liver (its chemical name is lisdexamfetamine), so it is not unusual.  Wellbutrin is also a very similar molecule to amphetamine, but I am not sure whether it would show up as a positive in a hair follicle test.

4. Yes, trazodone can be used for sleep in specific circumstances and after consultation with a physician.

The trazodone and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) in combination, the trazodone can also increase the effects of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
