Do not split: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a time released formulation.  You should not try to split the dose.  If yoiu find the morning dose does not last long enough, speak to the prescribing doctor about raising the dose, whcih should make the effect last longer.  Vyvans comes in many doses, so it is likely that adjusting the dose will provide yoiu with the coverage yoiu seek.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) side effect?: I see you also take Lexapro (escitalopram). Vyvanse alone may cause chills, a rare side effect. Lexapro (escitalopram) combined with Vyvanse may increase Vyvanse side effects. Discuss stopping the Vyvanse with prescribing doctor. If 'feeling cold' disappears, it was caused by this med. If the cold feeling continues, see your pcp to find the cause. I hope this helps. Take care.

Change: to a different medication.  Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is an excellent medication for ADHD when it works but for some it does not and the traditional meds seem to work better.  Call your doctor and let him or her know.

Do not be scared: This one  mistake will not harm you. Try to develop a simple method to remind you after you have taken a dose. For example you can place the bottle upside down after the am dose and return it to an upright position before bed. Keep it near where you brush your teeth so you see it when you are getting ready for bed .

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) : Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a drug that is converted to an amphetamine-like drug in your body.  This is a stimulant.  It can help people with adhd when prescribed by a doctor.  Stimulants tend to cause construction of blood vessels. If the arteries and vein tissue in a man's penis constricts, he will loose his erection.  This is temporary and should wear off in a day or two. If it doesn't, you should see your doctor or a urologist.

Opps!  - vyvanse: Probablly not a great idea  - and unfortunately that is a large dose of Vyvanse.    I think your best option is to allow your body to metabolize the Vyvanse  - and let it wear off as opposed to adding another drug to your system.

:  The association of Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse) with acneiform eruption has not been reported let alone cystic acne.  As any other drugs, nonspecific rash can occur while on the same medication.  Consider consulting a dermatologist for proper management of cystic acne.

: No known drug-drug interactions between azithromycin and Vyvanse. Drug specific side effects still apply and should be clarified with prescriber/ pharmacist. Take meds as recommended.
