Consideration for medication to prevent further strokes very pertinent.  Time to have full neurological evaluation.

Lacunar Infarct: Lacunar infarcts - a silent stroke that may not produce any outside symptoms. Frequently, patients may be unaware they suffered a lacunar stroke.They result from occlusion of the small penetrating end arteries at the base of the brain usually due to fibrinoid degeneration in contrast to cortical infarcts where embolization of distal thrombus is the main etiology. See a neurologist for consultation.

Some of the ECG (ekg) leads record electrical activity in the inferior (lower) part of the heart.  Characteristic electrical patterns in these leads may indicate a previous mi.  The computer generated analyses of ECG tracings are subject to error and must be interprtd by your physician.  Please speak to him or her.

No: troponins are not predictive of future events, per se. These labs are most useful at ruling out an acute heart attack here and now...not necessarily in 1-2 days etc. May I ask what someone your age is asking this question for? If worried for yourself, in your age group troponins would largely be unhelpful because the incidence of that kind of problem (heart attack) in your age group is so slim

Reversible defect?: If you're describing what we term a "reversible defect", wherein the heart seems OK at rest and not OK when stimulated (by exercise or medication), then this would mean that area of the heart is still vulnerable to damage (heart attack).  This needs to be addressed and treated.  You may need cardiac catheterization to define the anatomy of the vessel supplying that area with blood.

Anterior MI: If you had an mi, you should be on a program of diet, exercise, and multiple medications including aspirin, beta blocker, ace inhibitor and statin drugs in general. You don't mention whether you have had bypass surgery or stenting procedures. If you are without symptoms on your regimen, you likely don't need another angiography at this time but should discuss your status with your cardiologist.

my nephew 11 y old got a cerebral infarction 7 days back with minor signs of speech, v little droop and little difficulty walking.can he recover 100% ?

Maybe: Kids recover better than adults, but it depends on how severe the stroke was.  Encourage him to keep doing what he loves to do and to go to his therapy sessions.
