Pregnancy vs virus: Have you taken a home pregnancy test yet? If not, go take one now especially since irregular periods make it difficult to determine last menstrual period to figure out age of fetus. If test is negative, then more likely to be (viral) infection. If symptoms persist, go see your doctor for further evaluation.

Volume n vertigo:  You may be dehydrated. However you should be evaluated for other causes of vertigo as well. See your doctor as soon as possible and refrain from heavy physical activity in the meantime. Remember there is no substitute for drinking water! If you are not overweight you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces daily, in addition to other fluids that you may drink.

Consider this...: If you're indicating your epigastrium (just below the ribs in the midline), then you may have peptic disease (e.g. ulcer, gerd, reflux) or contractions or delayed emptying of the gut in that location (stomach, mid-colon). Less likely (&amp; appropriate to symptom duration, intensity, timing, risks) your gallbladder or pancreas may be sick. In women, cardiac disease can so present. Best to get checked.

Not that quick: Such symptoms so soon after intercourse are not signs of pregnancy. The process takes a few days for sperm to enter the cervix/uterus/tubes and encounter an egg (if present) .Then it takes a few days for a successful fertilization to create a mass of embryonic cells that could attach to the uterine lining.It is only after successful implantation that you might have pregnancy related symptoms.

SOB is serious: If you are short of breath and have cyanosis of your fingers you need to see a doctor.  You need to be evaluated for this.  My advice is you need to see a doctor for this.

You need GYN eval: to find out why sx's are so severe. NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise &amp; acupuncture are excellent for PMS / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol &amp; salt. Get GYN eval to R/O underlying pathology.Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or Black Cohosh with dr ok. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain

Abdominal pain: In a young woman your age pregnancy test is the first priority. Then gallbladder disease, hepatitis, obstruction , and appendicitis are concerns. Physical exam and review of symptoms including any fever diarrhea and character of your pain with any rebound tenderness are important tests. See your MD in Urgent Care or Gastroenterology.
