Abdominal pain: In a young woman your age pregnancy test is the first priority. Then gallbladder disease, hepatitis, obstruction , and appendicitis are concerns. Physical exam and review of symptoms including any fever diarrhea and character of your pain with any rebound tenderness are important tests. See your MD in Urgent Care or Gastroenterology.
