Hello. : Hello. Because of the vascularity of the scalp, goose eggs are not uncommon with injury.  There are a number of possible symptoms that can occur with a concussion.  A headache is the most common symptom. Ringing in the ears, confusion, being unable to remember what happened just before or just after the accident and loss of conscious can be seen.  Look for nausea, vomiting, irritability, restlessness, emotional labiality, lethargy, or becoming tearful.  Seeing bright lights, blurred vision, double vision, slurred speech, repeating the same thing over and over, difficulty with balance and change in sleep patterns may also be seen. If your two year old shows signs of concussion, then she should be evaluated. Take care.

Vomitus: This may be mucus or a partially undigested food that you ingested the evening before. Causes for concern would be blood or coffee grounds like vomitus. If there is no further abdominal distress, nausea or vomiting, there is more than likely no serious problem.

VOMITING: You can put her on diet, no juici or milk. Give her small amounts of fluids like  jello, 7-up. Tea, pedialyte, etc frequently to avoid vomiting. Make sure bm is ok . If persistent she needs IV fluids.

Part of bug: It is the residual of the gastrointestinal infection.  The smell is from sulfur salts common to poorly absorbed foods. It's normal.  Keep her diet free of dairy until she's normal.

Vomiting and diarrhea can also be signs that a person does not do well with a food especially when it happens very time they eat it.

Smaller meals: You are describing symptoms suggestive of slow emptying of the stomach. This may respond to smaller more frequent meals. There are some medications which may be of help.
