Too young to be sick: People at the age of 23 rarely have any serious illness. This should be reassuring. But young people are more prone to anxiety and stress which can produce all types of symptoms like shortness of breath because anxiety leads to hyperventilation which causes symptoms like dizziness and nausea.
I would advice you to practice relaxation and breathing exercises(yogic breathing),take slow deep breaths

Not sure: Increased pressure in the brain/skull is often associated with vomiting.   We don't know exactly how the pressure triggers the vomiting center in the brainstem, it just does. Since sudden onset of headache and vomiting can be a sign of a serious condition see you doctor immediately. This is especially true if the vomiting occurs during the night while sleeping.
