Accepted Answer

Probably not: Probably not a tumor.  Anxiety can cause almost anything but should be considered last in this type of complaint.  Frontal sinusitis is possible.  Bottom line, if symptoms persist or get worse or you develop any numbness or weakness you should get a ct of the brain to see.  Very unlikely tumor though.

should i fly with aerosinusitis grade 2 or 3 and a brain tumor no pressure i did and had sever head and eye pain for 2 days  plus vomiting.

Sinusitis: I would have the sinusitis treated first and then when you feel comfortable then resume flying.  Also consider chewing gum during the flight to balance inner ear pressure.

supposed to get lasik next week and was wondering if i need to be concerned with changes in pressure with the eye (ie: sneezing, coughing, vomiting)?

Sneezing after Lasik: Lasik has become very safe and successful.
Normal activities of daily living, including sneezing, coughing, vomiting are usually never a problem.

Hematemesis: If someone is vomiting bright red blood they should get to the emergency room as soon as possible. There are many possible causes none of them good.

Migraine?: The headache could  be from many causes.  Without more information, it is hard to establish a diagnosis.  You could have everything from a migraine to a tension headache, to less commonly a cluster headache, infection or even tumor.  You need to see your primary care provider and discuss your symptoms.

Valsalva: When you have a strong muscular contraction in your chest/abdomen, such as with vomiting or a severe coughing attack, it increases the blood pressure, which can result in breakage of small blood vessels. This is called Valsalva.  The petechiae should resolve over time. If the headache and pressure sensation persist, I would see a doctor.

Accepted Answer

Too late: To reduce or eliminate migraine symptoms, you need to take Imitrex (sumatriptan) or similar medicine the moment the attack starts. Once you are already throwing up, there's not much you can do.

Could be wide range: Of possibilities.  Any history of migraines? Possibly pregnant?  Sick contacts - typical virus/flu?  Food poisoning?  Any other constitutional signs, or symptoms?  If persists, then need to be evaluated by gp.

Yes: Can't tell what this is here, could be sinus, stroke, migraine,  vascular event/hemorrhage-serious stuff.

Sinusitis: You need to be seen and examined and treated by a physician asap. Do not wait on this, make an appointment and go.  You may have one of the uncommon but potentially life-threatening complications of sinusitis.
