my infant is not tolerating feeding for a week now he is bottle fed) nan optipro 1 , i already took him to the paediatrician and prescribed meds. its day 3 now on meds. but he is still vomiting all the milk after feeding. is he lactose intolerance?

Reduce volume: Babies tend to drink larger volumes faster when drinking from a bottle than from a breast. It may be that your infant needs help slowing down. Feed him 1-2 oz at a time while holding him upright, and give him a break by taking time to burp him, then another 1-2 oz 5-7 minutes later until the bottle is done. Keep him upright after feeding (don't lay him down) and make sure he is well burped.

vomiting for 3mths, lap chole month ago, clear endoscopy, motility meds are helping but still no dx. what could it be? also have ulq pain and bile

Liver enzymes: Considering there is no post op complications such an abdominal biloma that will be rule out by a ct scan of the abdomen and if there is no fever nor night swet and your symptoms are persist after surgery, biloma will be  low in the diferentials, i would consider hepatitis or pancreatitis as one of the possible dx.

Try water : try taking your meds with food or a lot of water. If you're still throwing up the meds then ask your doctor for some nausea medication

Need more info: You could have food poisoning or viral gastroenteritis. Drink enough water to stay hydrated. If you are not able to keep, water, soda, or fruit juice down go to the emergency department of nearest hospital.
