Unlikely: Unless there is severe upset to metabolism and electrolytes, there is little risk of direct harm to early pregnancy.

Not likely: Hyperemesis Gravidarum is sometimes difficult to treat.  But it has been associated with healthy babies.  Hyperemesis Gradivdarum doesn't increase the chance of a miscarriage in most women.  Breast wishes!

GI bug: Sounds like you might have a gastroenteritis of some sort. Try drinking lots of fluids if you can. If you cannot tolerate fluids, see your doctor as you could become very dehydrated. Good luck!

Possbily: Vomiting is usually more of a sign of morning sickness seen more commonly in early pregnancy.  Cramping however can occur in normally in a pregnancy and but it could also mean that the pregnancy is abnormal. Bleeding is also a seen many times with cramping.  The best thing to do is to go in and see an MD to get a sonogram and a blood pregnancy test to see what is happening.

Hormones dropping: It takes some time after a miscarriage for the HCG levels to drop, so you may still experience some pregnancy symptoms. You need to give your body time to heal, though. I usually recommended avoiding pregnancy until you have 2 normal periods. Use condoms and spermicide or abstinence until then.

Needs follow up.: If you have just missed your period, then this could be several things.  A normal beta HCG will "double" (or get close) every 48 hours.  You had a near double in 24 hours.   However, with bleeding you will need follow up to become sure which of the following this is:  1. A normal pregnancy.  2. A miscarriage in the works.  3. An ectopic pregnancy.  Follow up asap for additional labs!

Normal: This is pregnancy. You are fine. The nausea does end.

Pregnant?: You always have to rule out pregnancy.  Get a home pregnancy test.  They should turn positive about the time you're a week late.  If it's negative, repeat it and call your doctor.
