when a person has lung cancer, are the symptoms before death vomiting blood?

No: Although coughing up blood (hemoptysis) can occur at any time with lung cancer it is usually not the leading symptom. Most people lose significant amounts of weight and may pass away from infection, sometimes they become increasingly short of breath or they may just fall asleep and not wake up. The way they pass is not important it is how they pass. It should be relatively pain and anxiety free.

the symptoms above come and go but chest pain and fatigue are very prominent.

COVID 19.:  Most often testing results are accurate if done when symptomatic.  "Not detected" means the test was negative.

I can't diagnose you: Gastroenteritis symptoms may include: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps/pain, headaches, muscular aches ;  pains as well as fever (low grade). Bloody stools are not usually associated with gastroenteritis. Do you feel overwhelming anxiety when you experience the nausea ; vomiting. If these are new ; acute symptoms would suspect a stomach flu before trying to blame it on anxiety.

No: If you have chest pain and dizziness, you should go to the hospital to be evaluated.  Other symptoms are also not likely to be normal Costochondritis symptoms.

Pediatrician time.: Hopefully, a pediatrician here will reply - but I have a feeling they may also suggest taking your baby to the doctor. Don't use otc drugs on such a young child without a doctor's advice. Do try to have the baby drink water as much as possible to help thin the congestion. Best!

6 month old: Fever in a 6 month old can be treated with Acetaminophen or ibuprofin. However, a 6 month old with fever should be examined by a doctor, especially when accompanied by all of these other symtpoms.

had acute gastritis last week. been vomitting alot so had a soar throat since the weekend. since yesterday i had a burning chest. my son was diagnosed with croup. got no other symptoms like fever or body aces. been tired more fatique.

Covid-19: Diarrhea/Vomiting, Nausea, sore throat and fatigue are all symptoms of Covid-19. You should be tested to determine whether you should self isolate. Your son might also be affected. Talk to your GP for a test referral.  Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids, especially electrolytes. Rest and eat bananas, rice, apples, toast/crackers. No fatty or spicy foods.

MI SYMPTOMS vomit: 52 F asks if heart attack Sx disappear after vomiting? ANS: usually not, so suggests due to GI problem such as hiatal hernia, reflux, gas(bad gas), Thanksgiving gorge, food poisoning, to mention a few.  But recall that women do not have same Sx of heart attack as men. I would call primary care team. Or if u have had heart attack with these symptoms in past go to ER. Now would be good.

: If you are having all of these symptoms, you need to be seen in an emergency room ASAP. Vomiting blood and blood in stools could indicate a GI bleed which can be making you anemic (low blood count) and this can lead to chest pain, even a heart attack. So, you need to be seen right away, today, in an emergency room to get diagnosed and treated. Good luck to you!
