i am allergic to nuts, few oils, chocolates and especially for coffee.  when i drink i vomit is like water and boils on my head reddish?

? the question: I don't really understand the question. You vomit when you drink what  ???coffee or anything. Vomiting  like water is good because no blood apparently but vomiting is abnormal. Red boils on head would not be related to the vomiting but if the boils are not really boils but red welts or splotches then may be allergic type reaction. See a doctor please.

i have la grade b esophagitis. is it possible that barretts esophagus is hidden? also, what should i eat? should i stick to no fatty food, chocolate, typical gerd diet? will i have this forever? could forceful vomit session have given me this?

: Repeated vomiting is one of the causes of esophagitis. The commonest cause is GERD. Stopping vomiting &amp; managing GERD will help heal your esophagitis. Abstaining from alcohol,aspirins,meds like advil&amp; aleve,avoiding excess caffeine are all important. Your gastroscopy didn't reveal Barretts. Your esophagitis won't be permanent. Follow your gastroenterologist's instructions.

Pregnancy : I would repeat another pregnancy test. If still negative i recommend that you see your doctor to evaluate your symptoms. You should not have all this pain from pregnancy.  Good luck!

Probably not: I assume that it is not the first time you ate it, didn't you?
It could have been some indigestion or possibly food poisoning especially if nausea/vomiting were the only symptoms. Just let your stomach recover and try again but only a small bite a time to test it.

Yes, but...: Black (not dark brown) vomit can indicate old blood. But nausea and other viral illnesses will cause delayed emptying of the stomach (normal is about 4 hours) so i suspect it is residual of the partially digested oreos. There is a chemical test for blood if she  vomits again - just collect a small amount in a clean jar and take to your pediatricians office.

Might need a doctor: A mild tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus or bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not pregnant, not on medications, usually recovers easily. People try taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, plus drinking or eating little else for 1 day, to settle things down.

Faint: You definitely need to be seen by a doctor. Would suggest the er. The cause can run the gamut from benign to serious.
