Definitely a chance: There's definitely a chance that you could become pregnant as sperm can live for 72 hours (3 days) and since you missed 15 and 16, then by all means, you could have ovulated then.  Take a pregnancy test about 5 days before end of your pack and if negative, repeat in 5 days.  Good luck!

Unlikely: You vomit only the stuff in your stomach. What you consume, including meds, passes into your intestines within the first 4 hours or so &amp; certainly long before 9 hrs.

Jan 4: Your LMP and due date don't coincide, so I assume your dates were changed by an ultrasound. That means conception occurred Jan 4. However, if the ultrasound was in the first trimester, it is accurate within 4-5 days. Therefore, the conception date could be 4-4 days before or after. If you are concerned about paternity, you will need to have the baby tested after birth.

Unlikely: If you are taking your birth control pills at the same time everyday, it is unlikely that vomiting once is due to pregnancy. There are a lot of other things that can cause dizziness and vomiting. As long as it goes away and you don't have other symptoms, it is unlikely to be anything to worry about. Hope this helps.

Maybe...but: It would likely not be from any contact you listed, but if there are other possible contacts there might be a way. If the nausea were due to pregnancy a simple urine pregnancy test would be positive. Yet nausea/vomiting is non-specific &amp; usually from another process.

Variable: Nausea is very common with vomiting less common during early pregnancy. If vomiting persists to the point weight loss occurs, that can become an issue during pregnancy. The easiest treatment if vitamin b6 and unisom twice daily both available otc. Unisom, of course, can make you drowsy.

Nausea medication: Nausea in pregnancy is very common. There are multiple medications that can be prescribed for you to help. The most common are diclegis, Promethazine, Reglan (metoclopramide) and Zofran.

5%: Nausea and vomiting continues throughout pregnancy for 5% of women. If you have concomitant abdominal pain, swelling of face and extremities,  visual problems & severe headaches – seek medical help asap. Upper abdominal pain & really low energy level should also be assessed.
