See below : Normal ovarian volume in the menstruating females is 5-15 cc, with an approximate mean of 10 cc; however, measurements as high as 22 cc have been reported in normal ovaries. Each weighs between 5-8 g. The volume in cc is roughly equal to the grams in weight.

is my ovary considered enlarged at 3.5 x 2.08 x 4  volume of 16 while other ovary is 3 in volume this is 10 days into cycle?

Probably not.: Those measurments are not excessive for an ovary in a reprodcutive age woman.  At the time of ovulation the will be a cyst in one ovary at least 2.0 cm in diameter, which will usually make that ovary a bit larger than the other.

i'm symptomatic with a right ovary volume of 34ml and left ovary volume of 6ml.  should i be concerned. i have also had a hysterectomy 2.5 yrs ago?

Unclear: The answer depends on what symptoms you are having. The ovarian volume is not the most common metric used to evaluate the ovaries. Typically one evaluates for cysts or masses on the ovaries.

Volume: The volume is only a measurement of your ovaries. One may be larger in volume because of a small cyst or follicle. The numbers you describe aren't worrisome. I would followup with your physician to discuss any other concerns you may have but I wouldn't be overly concerned based solely on volume.

i just got my report back saying my right ovary has a volume of 22mls and my left has a volume of 27mls is this normal i am 19years old.

Ovulation dependent: Depending on where you are in your cycle, your ovaries might be a bit larger/smaller. If you're actively recruiting follicles, your ovaries are going to be bigger and one is always going to be bigger than the other b/c the bigger one is the one that's going to release an egg. Nothing is very abnormal at this time, though I would continue to see your gynecologist and follow up for regular periods.

Ovarian cyst: Postmenopausal patients can still have ovarian cysts. Depending on size and cyst characteristics the physician and patient can elect to just obersve the cyst for a few weeks or perform labs to rule out potentially malignant tumors of the ovary. Either way follow up its necessary.

Ovarian size: Ovary shrinks with aging, that is normal and physiological change. For your age 6.9 ml might be little larger.  If no symptoms not to worry. If there is problems follow it up with periodic testings.
