is there any solution/cure for vitiligo white hair? can i remove this hair and plant normal coloured hair? dye almost daily is very exhaustive

Hair only?: If hair, not skin, should find that dye needs refreshing much less often. This seems to be much less a condition than transplant is worth the trouble or expense. Probably the white hair is actually attractive. But if you prefer to dye the hair I would consider this a trivial matter. Hair transplant is not trivial.

Hair dyes: Hair dyes with continued use may deteriorate the texture of your hair. In addition, some people may  develop an allergic rash or even anaphylactic reaction.

Maybe: Also consider tinea versicolor, a fungal infection.

Vitiligo: Patches of skin that have lost pigment and look white could be due to vitiligo, an autoimmune condition.  It would be helpful to see your doctor or a dermatologist to examine the area and to rule out the possibility of a fungal infection before presuming vitiligo.

Lack of melanin: Vitiligo generally affects the skin. Skin is white due to malfunctioning of the skin cells that produce normal skin pigmentation (melanin). The hair follicles are usually not affected, hair color continues unchanged. No cure at the present time. Do have a dermatologist perform an evaluation to assure of the diagnosis.

Maybe: It would depend on the color of the hair in contrast to the skin. Light hair is harder to treat with the laser.

Yes: Actually the lighter skin makes it safer as long as hair is relatively dark.

Unclear: Do you mean that you have pigment loss on your skin at the beard area?  If so, it is not possible to remove a depigmented spots. However certain treatment such as UvB-NB phototherapy may help restore pigments for some people. In addition, one needs to rule out an autoimmune process leading to the pigment loss.
