Hair only?: If hair, not skin, should find that dye needs refreshing much less often. This seems to be much less a condition than transplant is worth the trouble or expense. Probably the white hair is actually attractive. But if you prefer to dye the hair I would consider this a trivial matter. Hair transplant is not trivial.
