Supplements: There is really no vitamins to slow your metabolism.  Eat healthy and participate in weight bearing exercises. If you lose weight, consult your doctor. Rule out overacting thyroid or any other occult problems.

In the meantime maintains healthier diet and regular exercise, preferably in a gymnasium with paid membership at least 4-5 times weekly would do wonders for you.
