Probably but...: As far as I can tell no one knows for sure. There was one study showing a reduction of T3 and T4 in mice given aloe, but that doesn't mean it would do the same for people. Some recommend it for hyperthyroidism and thyroiditis because it helps balance immune function but I don't know of studies on this. I consider it benign and it does have proven benefits. Likely safe but monitor thyroid function.

Not if it's sugary: If there is added sugar in the drink, then no, it will not be good for weight loss.  If it is free of calories and you are drinking fewer sugary drinks because of the aloe juice, then yes it can help very much like unsweetened tea or coffee can as well.  Drinking too much of it can cause stomach upset or diarrhea. Maintaining balance and not focusing on too much of one thing is important.

Aloe vera and amla: The aloe vera juice is okay but the amla is probably what's upsetting your stomach. 20cc of that a day is a lot.
Cut back on it and see how you feel.

Don't base on taste!: In choosing aloe vera juice i believe taste is much less important than which is most beneficial- do you want a good tasting brand that is ineffective?  And different people may have different ideas on which tastes best- it's a bit like asking which wine tastes best! there are many brands, each claiming to be the best.
