i have a post nasal drip so i have been taking vitamin c, andolex, acc200. is it better to try dry up the muccus or let it run so i can blow my nose?

Depends : If the problem is from a cold, you will just treat the symptoms. If this is from an allergy, a steroid nasal spray will likely work the best. Saline irrigation often helps as well.

Yes: There is no problem taking vitamins with flonase.

Vitamin D: There is no cause and effect relationship. It is very difficult for an individual in the west with a typical diet to be Vitamin D deficient. You need to be evaluated by an allergist.

Unlikely: B12 deficiency leads to a certain type of anemia and peripheral neuropathy.  Potential causes of your symptoms are dryness, bacterial or viral infection, sinusitis, .

It can: Nose bleeds are usually from capillary breaks in the septum (between nostrils). Oddly enough, perhaps the commonest cause is too many "empty calories" in the form of "junk". I know it sounds odd but even capillaries require normal energy metabolism.

why is it ive had bad habits all my life like nose picking and biting my nails but i dont so much as get a cold and never get the flu and have never gotten covid,so why dont i get sick when others have better habits and get sick? i do take vitamins?

is there any vitamin complex  that can help to recover weak blood vessels in nose?

No: Unsure what you mean by "weak blood vessels" but I will assume you have had bloody noses with minimal or no trauma.  There are vascular complexes in the nasal septum that are subject to easy injury, especially if the weather is dry or you have allergies.  Make sure your environment is humidified and that your blood pressure is OK.  Some bleeding disorders (and meds like aspirin) can worsen it.
