Stress related : You may be worrying too much and not sleeping well ergocal won't cause dark circles under your eyes but stress, anxiety depression and even hormonal changes can try to relax and prepare for a good nights sleep, make sure your room is completely dark, no night lights or curtain cracks often helps, talk with your Doc about these other issues to see what help can be provided and please don't worry!

Migraine headache: Poor eye sight is seldom a cause of headaches. Sinus congestion and Migraine are more frequent causes, which need to be evaluated. While brain tumor is the dreaded nightmare for chronic severe headaches, it is very rare but needs to be considered if other causes have been eliminated.

: First, can we be sure that your symptoms were due to inadequate Vit D levels as, in my experience, low levels were usually not associated with many symptoms. When your level reached 30 I would expect any symptoms caused by low levels to be reversed but this is difficult to prove.

: It is uncommon to get dizzy when going to sleep, but head position or muscular tightness in the neck could contribute to a vestibular ( inner ear) condition that your eyes are compensating.  Vit D replacement unlikely to help this.  Physical therapy can help postural and dizzy complaints quickly.  See your physician for examination of eyes and ears, to see if PT is right for you. Could have autoimmun: You could have an autoimmune disease based on some of the symptoms that are reporting.  If you are not already seeing a rheumatologist, talk to your primary about referring you to one to confirm.
