Most likely...: Soething in the tablet, other than the vitamin d3.  I recommend d3 in gel caps.  By the way, I have never had a patient complain about this!

Rare: Most people do not commonly experience side effects with vitamin d, unless too much is taken. Some side effects of taking too much vitamin d include weakness, fatigue, sleepiness, headache, loss of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting.

: Itching is not a usual symptom of vitamin D deficiency. 
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

i've had occasional bone pain, muscle twitching, fatigue, itching of the skin. fatigue worse after vitamin d supplement. could it be low magnesium?

Get a diagnosis: Muscle twitching and shortness of breath can be a signs of a serious problem.  Before you decide on treatment you need a diagnosis.  See a neurologist. Or your family doctor first.

No: Vit D deficiency isn't a cause for eczema/itching or a cause for liver disease, can it be seen in people having those conditions? Yes, but not a cause. Vit D deficiency is usually related to insufficient vitamin D intake or insufficient sun exposure, a very common condition can lead to osteopenia or osteoporosis, (weak bones)  if long standing, treatment is easy, good luck

Thyroid nodule: Doesn't sound like mold. Check thyoid function and treat if required. Check nodule with ultrasound and may need biopsy. Check and treat low vit d if below 30. Optimal is 40. What is temp with night sweats. Are you having normal periods? What itches?

im on lithium. welbutrin lorien dopaquel euthyrox vitamin d and qlaira. can i take goldenseal and echina? i tried taking augmentin but it made me have diarrhea for over a week and itched everywhere.  can i take that for a staph infection?

May not help: Assume you mean staph infection of skin?  Was it diagnosed as such by Dr?  The compounds you mentioned are probably safe but may not help.  Good cleansing with soap &amp; water 2-3 times a day (followed by hydrogen peroxide or iodine if not sensitive to those) can help but oral antibiotics often needed- though interactions with your many meds can definitely be an issue
