hi,
i was diagnosed with ms in feb, 2015. i want to know what lifestyle changes should i adopt. how much vitamin d and fish oil should i take on a daily basis? which exercises can i do other than yoga ? will too much exercise flare up my symptoms?

Answers: Would highly recommend Concierge or INBOX consult, but here are a few comments:
Use a disease modifying agent, take enough Vit D-3 to get blood levels about 50-70 ng/ml, follow a low fat/low salt diet, do aerobic exercise about thrice weekly.
Exercise may over heat you so pace yourself.  Make certain that your basic medication is potent, discuss with MS focused neurologist.

just started aciphex (rabeprazole) can i take with my  medication klonopin inderal remeron vitamin d and fish oil?

No worries w/Aciphex: There appear to be some interactions between your current meds: the Inderal may reduce the fish oil effect, and the Klonopin and Remeron combination may cause increased CNS depression (more sedation). However, adding Aciphex (rabeprazole) to the listed medications should not cause any problem.

can vitamin d, fish oil, and vitamin c be taken at the same time? or should they be spaced out through the day?

OK to take together : It is fine to take these together. Vitamin d and fish oil are best taken after a meal as they are fat-soluble. Vitamin c can be taken any time but is best taken at least twice a day, as it is not stored in the body (unlike d and fish oil) so will only stay in our bodies for several hours.

taking multivitamins, vitamin d, fish oil vitamins and metamelizodane, and  uti pill, my stools are dark brown watery clumpy, should i be concerned?

Explanation : Way! You taking too much vitamins. Fish oil contain vitamin D and no need  for separate vit D! Your medicine for UTI is antibiotics? If yes it possible temporary effects on your stool. Use probiotics please.

Poor source of D: Most fish oil has little or no vitamin d. Cod liver oil can be a good source of vit d but most brands of cod liver oil have had the vit. D mostly or entirely removed. Most adults need 5-8000 iu of vit d a day for optimal levels. Read the label of your fish oid to see how much d (if any) it contains.If it does not list d on the label it probably does not have any! take d3, not d2 which is dangerous.

This is serious: Both these numbers are very concerning. You've had a liver biopsy and you have a right to know what's going on. You're 23 years old. Are you drinking too much? Have you been checked for hepatitis B and C, hemochromatosis, Wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis and NASH. Are you allergic to the medications you're taking for your anxiety? These questions need to be settled -- or you may pay with your life.

i'm currently taking a multivitamin, fish oil and 4000iu of vitamin d.  is this to much vitamin d?  can this be harmful?

Probably safe: During winter, most people are even more deficient in vitamin d than when they have exposure to sunshine.  4000 iu of vitamin d is safe, and this amount is often indicated especially in winter months.  You can ask your physician to test your 25-hydroxy vitamin d level to see where you are in replacement, and adjust your dose accordingly.
