Causes of low sodium: Although both are low they may not produce symptoms but anti-diruetic hormone secretion rather than water intake is the likely cause. Since you have high cholesterol, high bp, and have had  your gallbladder removed your metabolism is not in balance. Optimize your life style by eating 6 equal healthy meals with 6 servings of fresh vegetables and at least one apple a day spread out through the day.

Don't think so.: I have not seen any studies showing benefits of vit.E on fatty liver. But we know that with strict diet, and avoiding alcohol will help to protect your liver from future complication.I am not aware of benefits of vit e in this case.

after my physical i found out that i have a fatty liver. is there any suggestions to help me clean out my liver. does vitamin c and b12 help? thanks.

They don't help.: The best thing to do is to eat a healthy diet, with emphasis on weight loss if you are overweight.  You should also avoid regular use of medicines known to be toxic to the liver, such  as Tylenol, (acetaminophen) and particularly avoid alcohol.  Keep regular followup with your doctor for periodic checks on your liver.  Good luck!

Vitamin E: The only study done for vitamins and fatty liver also compare vitamin E with Actos (pioglitazone) ( a diabetes medication) demostrated vitamin E decresed the inflamation of fatty liver. 
Now, you should take a combination of vitamin E called tocopherols the most important is gamma tocopherol.

Not due to vitamins: The foods one chooses may worsen one's fatty liver, but it would not be due to the foods' vitamins, regardless of whether or not the vitamins are natural or synthetic. One should avoid foods that have unusually large doses of vitamins in them, as there is generally no need to be eating unusually large doses of vitamins. Normal amounts of vitamins, as in enriched flour or fortified milk, are fine.

No: The 'cure' is weight loss as you know although that is not an easy thing to accomplish. Good luck in your journey as it is a lifetime challenge but one you can overcome.

Unknown: as to whether they are effective. There are studies on both sides of this issue, and the majority of studies have not shown efficacy of either medication in preventing the progression or promoting the improvement of liver inflammation.  This is particularly true with vitamin E, where all studies have shown lack of efficacy. A few studies of milk thistle have shown small improvements, but most not.

Not useful: If you are taking a mixed diet, there is no benefit in taking vitamin E.

It means: You should be closely followed by your internist or pcp--nothing harmful in vitamins !

Vitamins: Vitamins will not benefit unless you are deficient in them. Most likely you are not if you are living in a developed country or unless  you had some intestinal surgeries like gastric bypass or if you suffering from diseases  like pernicious anemia or celiac disease. Calcium is no longer recommended as a supplement. Causes more kidney stones and coronary calcification.
