Check it out 1st: Vitamin preparations state their contents clearly on the label. Look at what you most likely will try and note the contents. Discuss this with the prescribing physician and see if there are any contraindications to taking that particular brand with diazepam. Better to be safe and ask.

Several: First and foremost, sunlight.  However, if you live where it's cold enough to have a winter, sunlight won't be strong enough to give you what you need.  Food sources include salmon, herring, mackerel, whale blubber (for real!) and there is a small amount in some mushrooms.  Easier to get it from a supplement.
