Not likely: Glaucoma is rare in teenagers; so your symptoms are not likely from this disorder.  Why wait?  If you are having symptoms, make an appointment with an ophthalmologist to find out what is going on with your eyes and vision.

Diabetes: Also retinopathy, macular degeneration, and many other things.  You need to get this checked out by an ophthalmologist and pronto!

See eye doctor.: I do not think that palinopsia or having trailing images, as a specific complaint, is listed as a known complication.  This medication, however excellent, has been known to cause significant eye problems that can be irreversible.  Such things as narrow angle glaucoma can also occur.  I would ask for the pressure in your eyes to be checked now and see your eye doctor ASAP.

Sinusitis: No. You may have one of the major but rare complications of sinusitis with extension of infection into the central nervous system, either as a brain abscess or other infection of the spaces created by the linings of the brain. You should be seen immediately by a doctor and will probably undergo emergency imaging studies and consultation with an ophthalmologist and possibly an infect dis expert.

Get soon ASAP: These could be serious symptoms. Call your GP or eye doc, or get seen by one of them as soon as possible, even if you must go to an Urgent Care or Emergency Department.  Hopefully it is nothing but there is no way of telling for sure without a thorough history and in-person exam.

: Changes in visual acuity or partial loss of vision is not caused by your pregnancy.  An ophthalmologist should examine and diagnose.

Unrelated to GB: Your eye symptoms are not likely to be related to the removal of your gallbladder.  See your local ophthalmologist (eye doctor) for a detailed evaluation.
