a few weeks ago i had a convulsion, ever since then, whenever i get up i feel dizzy, my ears start ringing, my vision goes blurry/black, and sometimes i start like shaking/twitching (as if i was having a seizure), to the point i collapse, i feel this?

No: I'd recommend that you see your physician for an exam. You could be anemic or have low blood pressure to name a couple of things. Your vision fades when inadequate blood pressure reaches your brain causing you to feel faint.

Floaters: A few dots are called floaters and are minor semi-opaque membranes and debris in the vitreous cavity.  If your vision is good, and there are no light flashes and you have not received something like a conk to the head, you are probably all right.  If you see hundreds of floaters all at once, then you need an evaluation fairly quickly.

my vision goes black when i stand up. what is going on?

Possible anemia: If you blood count is low, or you have some circulatory problems with pooling of the blood in the lower portion of your body, then when you stand up you will decrease the circulation to your head and not only blur out the vision but could experience dizziness and fainting.  If this is happening consistently, then see your family doctor to sort this out.

Floaters: Sounds as if you have had a posterior vitreous detachment.  This is a situation where the vitreous(jelly) of the eye detaches (not a retinal detachment), it then "crumples" up leaving dots, spots, strands of blurry vitreous; i.e. The "floater".  When it pills away, it causes flashes. You should have an exam to ensure the incident did not tear the retina, which could lead to a retinal detachment.

This is : Called orthostatic hypotension.  It means that your blood pressure to your brain suddenly drops due to gravity when you stand up.

Discuss this with you primary care physician.

Anxiety: Your description sounds like anxiety related issues.  See an eye doctor to be sure and consult with your psychiatrist.

Worth evaluation : by an ophthalmologist, it can be just floaters in the vitreous inside the globe, but better be checked with examination and measuring of intraocular pressure and checking the back of your eyes, best wishes
