There is no scintifi: There is no scientific proof that cayenne pepper.Primary active compound in cayenne pepper is capsaicin and it is believed to have pain relieving qualities.It may help decrease the pain of sore throat through its ability to hinder transmission of pain signals.But it dees not kill  bacteria or viruses.
You can use it every 4to6 hours for pain relief if it is helpful.

Honey and Tea: If you have honey at home, you might want to try mixing honey and fresh lemon juice in some warm water and sip.  Alcohol should be avoided since it is dehydrating.  While there is certainly nothing wrong with chamomile tea, peppermint or licorice tea may be more comforting.  Apple cider vinegar may well be irritate the throat unless diluted significantly.

no other symptoms but sore throat after sneezing it only happens when i sneeze. it could be black pepper and i sneeze and it makes my throat sore. is it normal to get a sore throat for a few minutes? like after sneezing once or twice?

: The sore throat sounds like it may be from muscles when you have contractions as part of sneezing, however you may have somebody take a look to make sure if there is anything there. It may just be from dysfunction in the pharyngeal muscles.

i was cleaning my house tiles with water mixed with a little bleach and vinegar as i normally do . i was scrubbing them for about 5 hours with little breaks in between. now after finishing up i have been coughing and have a sore throat. is that ok?

Combination, release: Chlorine gas, is released by this combo. This is very irritating to breath, in a confined space like a refrigerator or freezer can even be deadly. As you describe, may be OK. If breathing/coughing gets worse, see your doctor or urgent care.

Eval: For significant sore throat with swollen tonsils / lymph nodes –  see physician & get a streph throat test. Consider making tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes).  Drink several times a day or as needed to relieve throat pain.
